Take a Good Care of Our "Baby's House"

The uterus or womb is a major female sex organ of the reproductive system in humans, is like baby’s little house for 10 months, so it is important to protect it from any damage outside. The ovary is an organ found in the female reproductive system that produces an ovum. Once the egg has left the ovary, it can be fertilized and implant itself in the lining of the uterus. A healthy ovary is the first step in conceiving. In this article, we are going to talk about how to take care of our uterus and ovary.
First, we will give some advice about how to take care of our uterus.
Abortion usually does huge damage to women’s uterus which include uterine orifice injury, endometriosis, and intrauterine infection. So we need to avoid abortion. Use birth control if the couple decides not to have a baby recently, then we still being able to have a healthy baby in the future.
STDs include AIDS and syphilis mainly. Once a woman gets these diseases, it will be very unlikely to have a healthy baby, as the baby will be a possible carrier of HIV. There have never been so many tools available to prevent STDs in now-days. Such as PrEP (Pre-exposure prophylaxis), PEP (Post-exposure prophylaxis), UVL (Undetectable viral load), and the most common --- condoms.
Also, the uterus is a very sensitive organ. We need to keep our uterus in warm condition for conceiving. So try to avoid cold foods or drinks such as ice cream, cold beer and so on. I know it is hard, but at least we should try it for the baby.
Then here are some tips to take care of our ovary.
1) Keep a healthy and balanced diet. We need to take a huge amount of folic acid, soy isoflavone, and multivitamins for pregnancy, so try to eat more fish, beef, and vegetables. Tofu and soybean milk are rich in vegetable protein. They are good for our health.
2) Quit smoking and alcohol. A glass of wine or a puff on a cigarette is a part of many women's social lives. But scientific research shows that smoke or drink too much is going to make a lot harder to get pregnant, or worse, it may cause ovarian cancer. If we're pregnant, whatever we take into our body reaches our baby too. Smoking and drinking can hurt our bodies, so it's important to change bad habits.
3) Get enough sleep. Sleep is really important to maintain a healthy function for ovaries. Once had a bad sleep, we will feel laziness incoming day, and breath is not normal after a bad sleep as well, we’ll often need to take a deep breath to feel better. Lack of sleep is going to make people easy to get nervous, dorky, anxiety and angry, which leads to the last tip.

4) Keep a happy mood. Be positive, happy, and relax can slow down the aging of the ovary. There are many ways to keep in a happy mood. Different people have different ways. Hang out with our friends, listen to some beautiful music, eat out favorite food or go to the gym to work out a little bit. Generally speaking, it is to be content with everything you have now, be grateful to others, and just remember, life may suck sometime, but it’s definitely worth to fight for it.
